English below- ไม่รับงานเร่งโดยเด็ดขาดค่ะ ระยะเวลาการทำงานปกติจะอยู่ที่ 5 วัน - 3 อาทิตย์ ไม่รวมเวลารอคิว
- ราคาที่แสดงทั้งหมด ยกเว้นคอมมิชสำหรับวีทูปเบอร์ จะเป็นราคาใช้ส่วนตัวทั้งหมด หากต้องการใช้เชิงพาณิชย์รบกวนแจ้งก่อนทุกครั้งนะคะ ราคาเชิงพาณิชย์จะคูณสองค่ะ
- ทุกงานที่เราทำ เรามีสิทธิ์ที่จะโพสต์งานทุกงานที่ทำเพื่อเป็นตัวอย่างงานหรือโพสต์ลงโซเชียลต่าง ๆ ของเราค่ะ
- ลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องมีเรฟเฟอร์เรนซ์ / ภาพตัวละครมาให้เราค่ะ ถ้าหากให้เราดีไซน์ตัวละครให้ จะคิดค่าออกแบบเพิ่มค่ะ
- ถ้าหากมีการนำภาพไปใช้งานเช่นปกหนังสือ ตั้งหน้าจอคอม ฯลฯ รบกวนแจ้งเพื่อให้เราสามารถตั้งค่าไฟล์ได้ถูกต้องด้วยค่ะ
- ห้ามขายงานของเราที่คุณจ้างไปโดยที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตค่ะ
- ห้ามแอบอ้างว่างานที่จ้างไปเป็นของคุณเอง ห้ามเทรซงาน ห้ามขายและห้ามนำไปให้ Ai เรียนรู้เด็ดขาด
- สำหรับลูกค้าใหม่ชำระเต็มจำนวนเท่านั้น ลูกค้าเก่าสามารถมัดจำครึ่งราคาก่อนเริ่มงานได้
- ห้ามขอให้เราลดราคางานให้โดยเด็ดขาด เรามีสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับงานจากคุณตลอดไปค่ะ
- เราจะเก็บไฟล์ไว้ให้ในไดรฟ์ที่ส่งงานให้แค่ 1 ปี รบกวนสำรองไฟล์ไว้เองด้วยนะคะ ถ้าหากต้องการให้เราเก็บไฟล์ไว้ให้ถาวรจะขอเรียกเก็บค่ารักษาไฟล์เพิ่มเติมค่ะ
- หากลูกค้านำภาพที่จ้างแบบส่วนตัวนำงานไปใช้แบบเชิงพาณิชย์ในภายหลังจะขอเรียกเก็บค่าส่วนต่างของราคา ถ้าหากเรามาทราบภายหลังโดยที่ทางลูกค้าไม่ได้มาแจ้งและจ่ายส่วนต่างก่อน จะขอปรับ 10 เท่าของราคาเต็มแบบเชิงพาณิชย์ขั้นตอนการทำงานขั้นตอนการทำงานและส่งงานให้ตรวจสอบจะเป็นไปตามขั้นตอนนี้ค่ะ
1. ภาพร่างอาจจะสเก้ชสีด้วยหากจำเป็น
2. ตัดเส้นและสีพื้น
3. ภาพสมบูรณ์สามารถแก้คอมโพสต์ได้แค่ที่ภาพร่างเท่านั้น หากตัดเส้นและลงสีพื้นแล้วจะไม่รับแก้คอมโพสต์ภาพแล้วค่ะ
หลังจากส่งงานที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์ให้แล้วจะไม่รับแก้งานเพิ่มเติมแล้วโดยเด็ดขาดค่ะไฟล์ที่จะได้รับ
- ขนาดโดยปกติ 1000-2000 px ความละเอียด 300 dpi สกุลไฟล์ .png
- หากขนาดภาพที่ต้องการใหญ่กว่า A4 300 dpi จะคิดราคาเพิ่มตามขนาดค่ะ
- ถ้าหากต้องการให้แยกเลเยอร์ / ต้องการไฟล์ psd โปรดแจ้งก่อนเริ่มงาน อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมแล้วแต่กรณีค่ะช่องทางการจ่ายเงิน

ถ้าต้องการยกเลิกงาน ไม่ว่าเราจะอยู่ขั้นตอนไหนเราจะทำการริบมัดจำทั้งหมดค่ะถ้าหากจ้างคอมมิชชั่นเรา แปลว่าคุณรับทราบข้อตกลงของเราแล้วนะคะ

- I won't accept rush work. Normally working time is 5 days - 3 weeks, not including waiting time.
- The price is for personal use only except for the commission for Vtuber/Streamer, if you intend to use my art in a commercial please inform me in advance. The commercial price is 200%.
- Any artwork I do is my own, therefore I have the right to post the commissioned art as my art samples or post it on my social media.
- Customer should have reference (eg: pose, clothing, color paletter etc.) If you let me design your character, additional fees will be charged.
- If you want to use the commissioned art for the book cover, desktop background screen, etc. Please inform me so that I can set up the file correctly.
- Do not SELL the commissioned art unless you have permission to do so.
- DON'T pretend the commissioned art is your own, trace it, sell, or feed it to AI art.
- For new customers paying in full amount only, old customers can deposit half price before adding a queue and starting work.
- DON'T ask me to reduce the price. I have the right not to accept work from you forever.
- I will store files in my CLOUD/DRIVE for only 1 year, please back up files by yourself. If you want me to permanently keep your file, additional fees will be charged.
- If you take the commissioned art at a personal use price for commercial without paying a fee for commercial price. If I find it by myself, I have a right to charge 1000% of the commercial price.PROCESSWorking step and update to the customer

2. Line art and base color
3. Final work.If the work is at the line art step, I won’t edit the sketch composition anymore
After I send a finished work to you I won't edit it anymore.FILE DETAIL
- Normaly file size is about 1000-2000 px 300 dpi, png only
- More than A4 300 dpi might be extra charged as the size gets bigger.
- If you want separate layers or psd file please inform me before starting work, additional fees might be charged.PAYMENT
